I used a TD visa debit access card through Paypal guest checkout so I didnt have an account at the time. The only other option using a credit card would be to send a personal payment to the buyer. When I get to the part where Paypal asks for your transaction number I can't proceed. I totally agree with @LiamCaleb1528 that even if it was a guest checkout you can still file a dispute but the thing is you can only file a dispute through our customer service representative since it is a guest checkout transaction there will be no option for you to file a dispute via Resolution Center because there is no record of that transaction on your PayPal account as it was done via guest checkout. If reporting your dispute doesn’t work, you might be able to use chargeback if there’s no money in your PayPal account and you used your debit or credit card to pay through PayPal.

If you funded the original Paypal payment to the seller with a card then it won't go back to your paypal balance.Once marked as completed it will automatically go back to your card. But the receipt got sent to this email address I tried getting the buyer to initiate the refund but they won’t answer me, and PayPal seems confused about my situation every time I’ve emailed them.
