The polling places at North Regional Library and Mt. Guess they’d rather fix it after a storm than prevent. Moving service from W to E NC and they don’t communicate the service request and now double billing me from an address I vacated two months ago. That is not right. At the two polling sites the wait times are as long as 90 minutes, according to Durham's early voting site locator.
