I'll probably be back (just for the sushi) but first try a few others in/ near the neighborhood. Next we ordered 3 rolls between the two of us, The Bruce Lee, 7up, and Homeless. The waitresses was very engaging and explained why her favourite roll is...called ‘homeless’. If you like seared salmon try the Honey Roll!

Located right in the heart of Ballard Ave, this sushi spot offers a few quiet booths towards the back, some tables up front, and ample seating along the sushi bar itself. It is a covered seating area and they have it beautifully decorated with string lights -- a perfect date night spot on a cool fall evening.

Not inexpensive but the quality of the food was worth the price. The place seems very clean and well kept, which goes a long ways when you're eating raw fish. My friend had the Bruce Lee and she enjoyed her roll so much, she ordered a second round of it.What I also really enjoyed at Shiku Sushi was their offering of hand rolls - I feel like hand rolls are so overrated, but so much more fun to eat!! We were recently introduced to Shiku Sushi by friends who live near there and they said we just HAD to try it!
