Nick and Nora Charles solve crimes as a hobby, while living a life of luxury in New York City. Oscar-nominee William Powell ("Life With Father") and Oscar-honoree Myrna Loy ("The Best Years of Our Lives") star as a husband-and-wife detective team who take on the search for a missing inventor and almost get killed for their efforts. Dashiell Hammet's Nick and Nora were perfectly portrayed by William Powell and Myrna Loy, and this third entry, like the others, is a breezy and fun comedy mystery done with style, class and top drawer production values from MGM at it's zenith.
